In these sessions, you will learn how to self administer Myofascial release techniques in order to restore tissue function, release tension and pain points around the body and to unlock your movement potential.

WHAT WILL MYOFASCIAL RELEASE DO FOR YOU?

EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT AND NEEDS DIFFERENT THINGS TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS WITH THEIR MOVEMENT OR REACH THEIR GOALS. EVEN THROUGH A GENERALIZED MFR ROUTINE WITH EMPHASIS ON YOUR BODY'S UNIQUE NEEDS, THERE ARE SO MANY BENEFITS THAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE.

WHAT THE 30 MINUTE MFR SESSIONS WILL ENTAIL:


EACH BODY IS DIFFERENT, SO THE MFR NEEDS OF YOUR BODY ARE UNIQUE TO YOU AND THEREFORE EACH SESSION AND PROGRESSIVE SESSION WILL BE TAILORED TO YOUR BODY'S NEEDS. HERE ARE SOME OF THE MAIN OBJECTIVES FOR YOUR MFR SESSIONS:



•learn and adapt to appropriate sensations around the body that come with effective Myofascial Release techniques

•explore
 5-10 MFR "sites" on your body with appropriate MFR tool

•identify your problems areas and strategies to have success with MFR

•recognize past injuries/conditions  that have lead to protective or compromised joint mechanics and subsequent faults or issues in the body 

•strategize movement mechanics and exercises that will affectively restore joint balance in conjunction with MFR

**We will sequence our way through your whole body over the course of 3, 6 or more sessions, depending on your body's needs and your commitment level between sessions.
