Group Workout @ Village Fitness

This is a 3 part workout, designed to push your body to new limits:

Assess, Reassess + Progress

Lee will put you through a basic Biomechanics assessment and assign movements based on your needs. We will reassess and progress once movement is improved. This will be the warm-up portion.

Movement - Specific Strength Training

This portion will be good ol' Strength Training - squats, hinges, lunges, push, pull and core variations. These movements will be structured to challenge your body in new ways and increase movement potential.

Cardio/ Metabolic Conditioniong

Each workout will include a short "circuit style" component, where we will use variations of our current movements, plus low impact dynamic movements, to challenge your cardio and conditioning.
